Your Time for Art is an annual event in celebration of volunteerism in Eastern Iowa. Attendees can bid on a variety of pieces of art, not with dollars but with their time to grow volunteerism in our community. This event highlights outstanding local volunteers, introduces attendees to local nonprofits and hosts a silent art auction featuring local talent.

This event also brings many ways to give back to Eastern Iowa!

Our silent auction is made up of donated artwork. At the event, the attendee who bids the most volunteer hours wins that piece of art. Over the course of the event’s history, artists have helped us raise more than 26,300 volunteer hours, valued close to 758,000 for our community! In 2023, volunteers bid 2,300 volunteer hours which equaled to over $70,000 raised for our community.

We are no longer accepting art for Your Time for Art 2024.

This event will conclude with the announcement of our Volunteer Award winners. Volunteers are the foundation of nonprofit agencies, and this is the perfect chance to recognize volunteers who made a significant contribution to Eastern Iowa last year. The volunteer award categories have been revised more closely to match our Unite to Inspire priorities. Our hope is to honor and acknowledge volunteers who are truly making a difference in the most critical areas of our community.
