The Rex Eno Conference room is on the second floor and is available to the public. Please view the calendar below for availability, and submit your dates and times in the form below. There are several options for conference room setup. Please note, rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Full-Day Rental: $200 For Profit or $100 Nonprofit
  • Half-Day or Evening Rental: $100 For Profit or $50 Nonprofit
  • Access to a ceiling mounted projector and screen
  • 50% of conference room with seating capacity of 60
  • Full-Day Rental: $150 For Profit or $75 Nonprofit
  • Half-Day or Evening Rental: $75 For Profit or $50 Nonprofit
  • Access to a ceiling mounted projector and screen
  • 25% of conference room with seating capacity of 36
  • Full-Day Rental: $100 For Profit or $50 Nonprofit

  • Access to screen only, renter will need to provide personal projector
  • 25% of conference room with seating capacity of 36

PARKING AND DIRECTIONS

During normal business hours (7 a.m.–5 p.m.), parking underneath the HSC building is only available for employees and clients of the tenants. After business hours, onsite parking may be available but not guaranteed. There is metered street parking around the building for conference room guests.

From Interstate 380 Northbound:

Take exit 19A toward US-151 Business/5th Avenue SW/Diagonal Dr/Downtown. Turn right at Diagonal Drive SW, which makes a slight curve and turns into 8th Avenue SE. Turn left at 3rd Street SE. Then, turn right at 7th Avenue SE. The Rex Eno Conference room is on the second floor.

From Interstate 380 Southbound:

Take exit 20A toward US-151 Business/1st Street E/Downtown. Turn left at 1st Street NE. Then, turn left at 7th Avenue SE. The Rex Eno Conference room is on the second floor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Scheduling

To allow clean up and room preparation between meetings, we require a minimum of one hour between scheduling blocks for the conference rooms. In the event the group using the conference room before you has special requirements, we may need to allow additional time between meetings. We will inform you of any situation upon scheduling confirmation.

Room Setup

The room provides tables and chairs. It is your responsibility to set up the room to meet your needs. You should plan to arrive for your meeting a few minutes early to make sure the room is ready for your use.

Equipment

You can find instructions for Conference Center equipment in each room. If you have questions about equipment needs, please include them with your meeting request.

Payment

A check should be paid at least five business days in advance of your use of the Conference Center. Please make checks payable to the Human Services Campus of East Central Iowa and mail to:
